WFW-Trailing Behind

The sins of some men are obvious reaching the place of judgment ahead of them; the sins of others trail behind them.

1 Timothy 5:7

Yes, I am taking the week semi-off again. Amydeanne’s was so beautiful this week that I had to borrow it though!

As I type this, “Lead Me To The Cross” by Brooke Fraser is playing… it just seems fitting somehow. May we all remember that Jesus went to the cross for each of us, and He lives to make intercession for each of us.

Lord, this song is my prayer today…

“Lead me to the cross, where Your love poured out
Bring me to my knees, Lord I lay me down
Rid me of myself, I belong to You
Oh lead me… lead me to the cross”

Lord, fill us up with You today.

Nice new theme Jennifer. Hope it works better for the poor IE users too :)

The first line of that chorus is originally “…blood poured out”, but really when you think about it – Jesus’ love and Jesus’ blood are of the same essence in any case. I claim that prayer for me too.

David – I’m always catching myself singing Blood instead of Love – in some older hymnals the wonderful cross is “sorrow & blood” as well instead of “sorrow & love” I’m not sure why so many people are taking out the “blood” references in old hymns… oh well.

And yes, I’m hopeful that the poor IE users will like this theme better. It’s not as “cool” but it’s working for now… until I find the perfect one anyway! If the whole world would just switch to Mac’s, life would be better for everyone! Not that I’m biased…
